1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 6–10 business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery time of 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. Most of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining high quality standards. In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer than expected, but we will always do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

3. Can I return or exchange an item?

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
